Rob Hyde

Rob joined IT Cadre after a 26-year career in the Air Force where he was privileged to serve with America’s finest sons and daughters: Airmen, Sailors, Soldiers and Marines. From the Cold War through Desert Storm, and Operations ALLIED FORCE, IRAQI FREEDOM and ENDURING FREEDOM, Rob held strategic leadership positions in many domains, including commanding combat bomber units, directing a major AF command’s nuclear portfolio, finding and fixing enterprise-wide problems in the nuclear force and leading civil capacity development in Iraq. After returning from Iraq, Rob became the Air Force’s Director of Inspections where he created, developed and implemented a new performance management system across a global 700,000 person, $120 billion organization. As IT Cadre’s Director of Strategic Planning and Implementation, Rob delivers trusted insight® and thoughtful solutions to help clients see and solve their toughest problems.

Rob earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Astronautical Engineering from the U. S. Air Force Academy, a Master’s Degree in National Security Strategy from the National War College of National Defense University, a Master’s of Aerospace Science Degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and a Master’s Degree in Military Operational Art and Science from the Air Command and Staff College of Air University. He is PMP® certified.
