Stephen Fleming

Stephen Fleming is a Program Manager at ITC Federal, overseeing IT Engineering and Operations for the DOJ's National Security Division’s Network Operations Center. Drawing on several years of experience, they have held various leadership roles including IT Manager, Project Manager, and Systems Engineering Manager, primarily in DoD, Federal Government, and corporate environments. Their expertise includes network infrastructure support, systems engineering, and project management, with a strong focus on delivering leading-edge technological solutions. Stephen is currently pursuing a B.S. in Management Information Systems at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
