Tim Larson

As Director of Enterprise Processes, Tim directs the documentation and transformation of ITC enterprise processes. Tim works in collaboration with executive leadership, quality, and client delivery staff to best gain understanding in order to develop lean and efficient processes that are scalable as ITC continues to grow.
