Christie Shields currently serves as the Associate Director of PMO & COE at IT Convergence, overseeing portfolio health for CMS customers and managing service delivery processes to ensure compliance, governance, and operational proficiency. Previous experience includes roles as Program and Policy Manager and Service Delivery Supervisor at the same company, as well as a Service Delivery Analyst position. Earlier career highlights feature work as an HPF QA Specialist at Money Management International, a Senior Trainer/Technical Writer at Indico Corporation, and dispatcher roles at Hurst and Forest Hill Police Departments.
