Devarshi Oza

Devarshi Oza serves as the Delivery Head (Associate Vice President of Development & Consulting Services) at IT Convergence since January 2023, where responsibilities include leading competency and technical delivery for various Managed Services and Consulting Services customers, collaborating with senior leadership, participating in pre-sales activities, and managing a global team to drive successful technology initiatives. Prior to this role, Devarshi held positions such as Associate Director of Packaged Applications at LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech from July 2022 to January 2023, and Delivery Head/Engagement Director at Tech Mahindra from August 2005 to April 2022. Earlier experiences also include serving as an Offshore ERP Project Manager at Reliasys Technologies and involvement in Oracle JDEdwards ERP implementation at JohnsonDiversey. Devarshi began a professional career at Sunil Vakil Associates Chartered Accountants after completing a CMA in Management Accounting from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and a Managerial Excellence Program at Duke Corporate Education.
