Ethan Dakin

Ethan Dakin is a Managed Services Engineer who began their career as a Level 1 Bench Technician in 2015. They advanced to serve as the Director of Managed Services at Valley Microcomputers Inc, where they contributed to the growth of the MSP division. In 2021, Ethan transitioned to a larger MSP to establish a dedicated team for maintaining and monitoring services, and subsequently took on the role of Security Services Team Lead. With a passion for training technicians and innovating service processes, Ethan also holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Blue Ridge Community College.
