IT Flow is a founder-led boutique AI product studio. We build AI-driven SaaS and automation systems that work on real data in production — not just demos.

We’re a small, senior-led team based in Poland, working with founders and product teams in the US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. The founder personally leads architecture, critical implementation, and delivery — so you get direct communication and one accountable owner.

We don’t do staff augmentation. We deliver as a compact team with clear ownership, fixed milestones, and predictable outcomes.

What we deliver:
— investor-ready MVPs and production releases (MVP → Production)
— scoring and decision pipelines (data → score → action)
— RAG / AI search with ingestion, evaluation, citations, and guardrails
— workflow-based agents (including voice-first flows when it makes sense)
— integrations that make products usable: auth/RBAC, payments, analytics, admin tooling

Selected work includes an ESG/sustainability search SaaS (MVP later supported $500k raised), workforce/HR workflows, fintech scoring with bank connect + subscriptions, insurance origination systems, and internal automation that removes manual ops.

If the scope is still fuzzy, we can start with a short Discovery & Architecture Sprint to turn ambiguity into a clear spec (scope + non-goals, system architecture, integration plan, key risks, and a milestone roadmap with acceptance criteria). Then we build with predictable milestones.

How we work:
— fixed milestones + clear acceptance criteria (you buy outcomes, not hours)
— one calm weekly sync + async updates
— transparent change process (scope/time/budget)
— production readiness: monitoring/logging baseline, security hygiene, release checklist
— clean handover: docs, runbook, deployment notes

Calm delivery. Serious results. Zero drama.
