We provide a 1300 number for Helpdesk/remote support as well as onsite support services. We were one of the first to introduce fixed price Support Plans in the late 90s. Our clients appreciate that they will not received unexpected large IT bills. Our proactive approach assisted by our 24x7 monitoring software provides clients peace of mind. 

Our close relationship with Microsoft for over 20 years means you can rely on common sense practical advice. We have a strong focus on cyber security given we support a large amount of insurance brokers and underwriters.
