IT Misfits helps technical professionals build confidence, communicate clearly, and lead with impact through the power of comedy.

We empower IT, cybersecurity, engineering, product, and technical teams to strengthen their communication, storytelling, and public-speaking skills through a supportive, high-energy blend of comedy training, stage experiences, and peer camaraderie.

Because in today’s tech landscape, if you can make people laugh, you can make people listen.

Our workshops, live shows, and programs help tech pros:

Build confidence and executive-presence
Level up public speaking and communication skills
Learn comedic thinking to simplify complex ideas
Connect with a like-minded community of IT professionals
Gain stage-ready experience in a supportive, low-pressure environment

Whether you’re growing your career, developing your team, or booking tech-savvy entertainment, IT Misfits is where technology and comedy meet.

Join the movement. Upgrade your confidence and enjoy some laughs.

Founded by Jerry Black, a tech leader turned comedian + communication coach.
