Ihor Shkurko has extensive experience in software development and technology management, having held various leadership roles across multiple organizations since 2006. At LLC Astelit from November 2011 to June 2015, Ihor served as the Manager of Software Development, Integration, and Support Unit, overseeing software projects and resource planning. Following that, Ihor has been with ICT^hothouse since June 2015, initially as the Manager of CSP and Services Development Unit, and has advanced to the role of ICT Architect and Consultant as a co-founder. Additionally, Ihor has been the R'n'D Lead at IT SmartFlex since March 2019 and served as Product Owner at XM^ONLINE digital service platform prior to that. Academically, Ihor holds a Master's degree in Computer Systems and Networks from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute,' earned between 2001 and 2007.
