Panicos Christopoulos is a Culture Strategist and Leadership Coach, currently serving as an Actuator at The Culture Fix® Academy and as the Culture and Strategy Lead at IT Teams. With extensive experience in management roles, Panicos previously held positions such as General Manager and Managing Director across various organizations, including Synovate and 360insights. Panicos founded the Engage Potential Academy to partner with entrepreneurs and leaders in creating inspiring work environments. They earned an MBA from the University of Nottingham and are a Certified Professional Coach from iPEC Coaching.
