Stevin Eli has extensive experience in IT support and engineering, currently serving as an Advanced Remote Support technician at IT Tech Direct, LLC since June 2023. Previously, Stevin held the role of Field Engineer Advisor at CSRA Inc. for nearly a decade, ensuring the security and functionality of computer systems for TSA operations.
