Michael Zapata

Michael Zapata has worked in the IT industry since 2006. Michael began their career at AdvoServ NJ as a Supervisor, Community Living Specialist. In 2013, they joined Flight Centre Travel Group, The Americas as a Helpdesk Analyst and Internship, where they were responsible for building, repairing and supporting PCs, providing helpdesk customer service, and organizing the datacenter backup. In 2015, they joined IT Vortex, LLC as a Senior Cloud Engineer and Administrator.

Michael Zapata has an education history that includes graduating from Lincoln Tech in 2014 with a Computer Networking and Support Technician degree, and a diploma from West Milford High School in 2005. Michael also has two certifications from VMware, a VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization 2021 obtained in March 2021, and a VMware Certified Technical Associate - Data Center Virtualization 2021 obtained in February 2021.
