José Luis Esquer

José Luis Esquer currently serves as the Chief People Officer at IT8, a role they began in 2024. Previously, they held significant positions such as Global Head of Human Resources at IVI RMA GLOBAL from 2021 to 2023, and Director of Human Resources at Record go from 2005 to 2019. José Luis also worked in human resources management at TOGAMA between 2000 and 2004, and held a provincial responsibility at FUNDACION FOREM from 1993 to 1999. They are pursuing degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia, Labor Relations from Universitat Jaume I, and English Philology from Universitat de València.
