Matthew DeVries has a diverse work experience in various industries. Matthew started their career in the United States Marine Corps, where they served in different leadership roles, including Team Leader and Section Leader. Matthew provided mentorship, supervised teams, and conducted combat patrols. After leaving the military, Matthew worked at ITA Group, Inc. as a Strategist and later as a Solutions Specialist, where they focused on developing performance improvement initiatives and providing support for events and recognition programs. Matthew then joined Madison Performance Group as the Manager of Solution Design, responsible for developing solutions for clients. Matthew also worked at UnityPoint Health as a Business Initiatives Consultant, supporting operational initiatives and quality and safety projects. Currently, they hold the position of Strategy Team Lead, Customer & Consumer Solutions at ITA Group, where they lead the strategy team and drives customer and consumer solutions. Overall, Matthew has demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills throughout their career.

Matthew DeVries holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing Management, a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Organizational Performance, and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management, all from Bellevue University. In addition to their academic achievements, they have also obtained several certifications, including Combat Marksmanship Instructor, Curriculum Developer, and Formal School Instructor from the United States Marine Corps. Matthew also holds a Human Performance Improvement Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), an IMPAX Strategic Account Sales Training certification from IMPAX Corporation, and a Master Instructor certification from the United States Marine Corps - Officer Candidates School.
