We are an alliance of licensing, asset management and IT procurement professionals with clientele worldwide. Our vertical leads are independent industry experts with the technical experience to create optimized IT environments for our clients – saving them money and mitigating compliance risk.

ITAA operates as an independent one-stop-shop, providing licensing expertise across the major software publishers, SAP, Oracle, IBM and Microsoft.

In our experience, the financial and reputational risks of misinterpreting a publisher’s complex compliance clauses are not only substantial, they’re increasingly common.

We help companies to avoid this, by actively managing their software licensing challenges, explaining risks and opportunities, helping them prepare for compliance audits and negotiating with software publishers on their behalf.

We also offer consultative, real-world IT procurement support to help you source the right software, transition to a new environment or manage supplier relationships.

We work with multinationals, government agencies and non-profits worldwide.

Our clients get in touch because they need help to:

 - Understand the complexities and options of their licenses and contracts
 - Negotiate a non-compliance claim
 - Purchase new software or transition to a new environment
 - Map out their new IT landscape following a merger or divestiture
 - Take control of their annual renewal cycle

The relationship we have with our clients is highly confidential, and they regard us as trusted partners. We have helped well-known, global brands to maintain their standing by intervening in claims of non-compliance, which would not only have resulted in significant unforeseen cost, but reputational damage.

If you want to maintain your high reputation, and avoid financial risk and public scrutiny, ITAA can help you keep one step ahead of the intricate rules and licensing models.

Please get in touch for an initial conversation.
