Alejandro Damonte is a specialist in thoracic surgery and currently serves as the Chief of Thoracic Surgery at Sanatorio Anchorena San Martin, along with being the Coordinator of Thoracic Surgery at Hospital Central de Pilar. They have been practicing as a thoracic surgeon at Fundaleu since 2016 and also work at ITAC - d.INSTITUTE. Damonte attended the Universidad de Buenos Aires, where they obtained a Doctorate in Medicine in 2022, focusing on minimally invasive techniques for lung resections. Additionally, they are an adjunct professor at their alma mater and serve as President of the Committee of Teaching and Research at Hospital Central de Pilar.
