George Henriques is an accomplished Senior Mechanical Designer with extensive experience in the mechanical and piping design sectors. Currently employed at ITAC (Industrial TurnAround Corporation) since January 2018, George has previously held senior positions at various engineering firms, including Advanced Process Solutions Inc., Alliance Engineering, and The Shaw Group/Chicago Bridge & Iron. Over the years, George has contributed to diverse projects spanning chemical plants, food production facilities, power plant upgrades, and pharmaceutical plants. Proficiency in design software such as Microstation and AutoCAD has been demonstrated through the leadership of mechanical design teams and the execution of complex projects, including maintenance and upgrades for industrial clients. Educational background includes studies in Architectural and Mechanical Engineering at John Tyler and J. S. Reynolds Community Colleges.
