John A. Tyler is the Director of Legal & Corporate Affairs at ITAC, a position held since 2024. Previously, they served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at CKS Financial from 2016 to 2024. John gained diverse legal experience as Corporate Counsel for Liberty Tax Service, as well as through roles at the Regent University Litigation Clinic and Pender and Coward, P.C. They hold a J.D. from Regent University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Old Dominion University.
