Leo Grinsteiner

Leo Grinsteiner, CSP, is a seasoned EHS professional with 30 years of experience leading safety efforts within construction and maintenance organizations at both project and corporate levels. Currently serving as the Corporate EHS Leader at ITAC, Leo actively builds teams and develops programs to tackle the challenges in industrial design and construction. Past roles include Vice President of Safety & Health at Forgen and Sr. Safety Manager at Clark Construction Group, where Leo drove significant reductions in injuries and enhanced safety cultures. Leo earned a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety from Illinois State University and has held various leadership positions that emphasized training, policy implementation, and collaboration across multiple departments.
