Ryan Brady is an accomplished safety and compliance professional with extensive experience in marine safety management across various organizations. Currently serving as Director of Safety at Crofton Industries since March 2023, Ryan has previously held significant roles including Response Manager at ECM Maritime Services, LLC, and Safety and Compliance Manager at Southern Towing Company. With a strong focus on regulatory compliance, auditing, training, and risk management, Ryan has also contributed as HSSE Director at Genesis Energy, L.P. and held a prominent position with the US Coast Guard as an instructor and Senior Marine Inspector. An educational background in music, with multiple degrees from Columbia University and The New School, complements Ryan’s technical expertise in marine inspections and safety protocols.
