Manolo Saiz is an experienced executive with a diverse background in management and consulting within the sports and insurance sectors. Currently serving as CEO of ITACA TECHNOLOGIES IBERIA since August 2020 and as Manager and Co-founder of ThenAndNow since February 2022, Manolo's prior roles include CEO of FEEDBACK SPORT SL for 34 years, and consultant for the Under 23 CAFÉ BAQUÉ-CAMPOS Team from 2012 to 2014. Additional experience includes positions as General Manager of Under 23 WÜRTH, CUEVAS EL SOPLAO Team at Würth España S.A. and Technical Director and General Manager for both the LIBERTY SEGUROS-WÜRTH team and ONCE Professional Cycling. Manolo also held the position of Chairman of AIGCP Professional Cycling from 1999 to 2005, showcasing a strong leadership presence in the international cycling community.
