Roberto Barretto

Roberto Barretto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Commercial/Supply Director at Itafos since November 2015, Roberto oversees the commercial, supply chain, and logistics operations. Previous roles include Program Project Manager focusing on the Farim Project in Guinea-Bissau, Sales and Marketing Manager, and Commercial Manager at Itafos. Prior to that, Roberto held key positions at Geociclo Biotecnologia S/A and Mbac Fertilizer Co., managing commercial, marketing, and logistical functions. Roberto's career began at Bunge Fertilizantes S.A, where responsibilities included team management and sales strategy development. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate degree in Project Management from FGV and a degree in Agronomic Engineering from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho.
