Stephen Keith has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in the mining and resources industry. Stephen is the Founder and President of D Squared A Inc. and also serves as the Head of Brazilian Operations at Itafos. Previously, they were the Lead Director at Aura Minerals Inc. and a Director on the Board of Sterling Metals Inc. Stephen also co-founded S4G Strategy for Growth and worked as a Founding Partner until 2023. Stephen Keith has held executive positions such as President and CEO at Labrador Uranium Inc., GrowMax Resources Corp, Fertoz Limited, and Recife Gold. Additionally, they served as a Member of the Corporate Advisory Board at North York Harvest Food Bank.

Stephen Keith earned their B.Sc. in Geological Engineering from Queen's University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Later, they pursued an International MBA specializing in International Business, Strategy, and Sustainability at Schulich School of Business - York University between 2000 and 2002.
