Vikas Sachdeva

Vikas Sachdeva is the VP of Product Engineering at iTalent Digital. Vikas has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in CRM applications.

Sachdeva began their career in January 1996 as a CRM Application Architect at Infogain. There, they worked with business and IT to develop a 2 year application and technology roadmap using Vantive CRM to meet the business requirements of customer satisfaction group at Netapp. Vikas also architected, designed and estimated interfaces between Vantive Service CRM and external applications like CTI, Primus Knowledge Base, Genesis inbound email, Vayusphere Chat to fulfill support center requirements at Netapp.

In February 2001, Sachdeva joined NetApp, Inc. as a technical project manager, architect, development and team lead for implementing Service, Sales, Helpdesk and Self-Service modules for Vantive at QRS. Vikas also led architecture and development for Vantive based globally deployed customer care application at HP. In addition, they participated in multiple pre-sales activities to assess feasibility, identify scope and LOE of front office modules of Vantive as per client requirements. Vikas also tailored existing Vantive Service module for the combined business entity at Harbinger System after they acquired another company.

Sachdeva has been with iTalent Digital since May 2019. In their current role as VP of Product Engineering, they are responsible for leading the engineering team that designs, develops and maintains the iTalent product suite.

Vikas Sachdeva has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics from the University of Mumbai. Vikas also has certification from Coveo in Coveo Platform Administration.

Their manager is Renée La Londe, CEO & Founder. Vikas Sachdeva works with Raju Kotha - CTO, Polo Crosbie - Director of Customer Solutions, and Silvia Quintanilla - VP of Business Development.
