We manufacture open-die forgings and rolled rings in carbon, alloy and stainless steels, as well as nickel and aluminium alloys.
All main processes are performed in-house: forging/rolling, heat treatment and non-destructive testing.

Heat treatments include normalizing, quenching & tempering, annealing, solution annealing, precipitation hardening (aging) and stress relieving, carried out according to international standards with controlled thermal cycles and recorded furnace charts.

Non-destructive examinations (UT, MT, PT) are performed by qualified personnel in accordance with SNT-TC-1A and UNI EN ISO 9712, with full material traceability and certification according to EN 10204 (3.1 or 3.2 upon request).

Forgings can be supplied in different delivery conditions: as-forged, rough machined or fully machined according to customer drawings.

Our objective is not only to supply a forging, but to ensure consistent machinability and dimensional stability, reducing production risk for our customers.
