Roy Chon

Roy Chon has a diverse work experience in operations and logistics. In 2021, they began working as an Operations Associate for Italic, where they are responsible for operating a strong relationship with multiple 3PLs, monitoring 3PLs to ensure fulfillment and logistic rates, and establishing a partnership with a domestic 3PL to organize a new returns warehouse. From 2018-2021, they worked as an Operations & Logistics Coordinator for Tone It Up, where they coordinated with multiple manufacturing partners, processed and managed retail partners orders, and managed day to day relationships with the 3PL. From 2014-2018, they worked as an E-Commerce Specialist and Repair Manager for Commline Inc. As an E-Commerce Specialist, they increased sales by 44% within six months, processed online sales, and directed the storefront and receptionist of the retail store. As a Repair Manager, they administered installs, repairs, and upkeep of two-way radios and distributed timely maintenance invoices.

Roy Chon received their Bachelor's Degree in Film & Media Studies from UC Santa Barbara between 2011 and 2014.
