Itallak is an industrial painting company with many years of experience in the automotive, motorbike and other vehicle sectors, as well as in the electrotechnical equipment and furniture products.

The company has a liquid painting plant, organized on a covered area of 4,500 m², in Santa Maria di Sala, near Venice.

• Cabin 1: automatic cleaning with CO₂ system

Laboratory for paints & material testing*

- Measurement of base, primer and claer coat thicknesses (3 distinct controls)
- Visual and instrumental verification of color and evaluation of chromatic deviations in different light frequency ranges
- Dry adhesion tests and after thermal-environmental stress with aging in a humid-static chamber and thermostatic tank
- Surface hardness measurement
- Instrumental verification of surface opacity (gloss)
