Jonathan Henriques

Jonathan Henriques began their career in mining at the age of 19 in 2014 with Gaustec Technology, evolving through various roles including operator and technician while deepening their expertise in mechanical processes. After several years at Gaustec, they joined Itaminas Comércio de Minérios S/A in 2021, where they progressed from Mechanical Inspector to Supervisor of Production and now serve as the Logistics Manager. With a strong focus on optimizing mineral loading and operational efficiencies, Jonathan actively contributes to the development of new systems and processes within the company. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and are pursuing a postgraduate degree in Production Planning and Control.
