Jesse Kolo has a variety of work experience in various roles and industries. In 2008, they started working as the Chief Operating Officer for 101 Effizy Entertainment Ltd, a position they held until 2011. From 2012 to 2012, Jesse worked as a Human Resources Intern for NNPC. In 2014, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Tusk Global Int'l Ltd. In 2017, Jesse became the Managing Partner at Circus Lounge. Most recently, in 2020, they co-founded Itara Global Services.
Jesse Kolo completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations and History from Babcock University in Ilishan Remo, Ogun State, Nigeria. This degree program spanned from 2007 to 2011. Later, Jesse pursued further education and earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in International Security Studies from the University of Leicester. This program was completed between 2012 and 2013.

Our first product ItaraShop addresses the issues across the informal African fashion and beauty ecosystem.ItaraShop is an end-to-end platform for the African informal and underserved fashion and beauty supply/value chain. We are partnering with African fashion and beautybrands to optimize and digitize their supply chain, standardize productions, provide access to finance and provide access to market at scale. We are also building the physical and digital infrastructure to support the industry - from distribution, storage, and fulfillment infrastructure to payment and lending solutions. Lastly, we are making it easy for African consumers to access affordable quality apparel and beauty products from African brands through our app - ItaraShop.
