Hasan Iesar is an experienced IP Manager and Networks Consultant currently serving as the Manager of IP and DevOps at Capital Smart City since 2024. Hasan began their career with internships at PTCL and Huawei, and they hold multiple degrees, including an MS in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology.
