Andre Gailey is the CEO of Itaú Chile, a role assumed in October 2024, and the CEO Regional for Chile, Colombia and Peru. They have been with Itaú for over 26 years and have been a partner since 2010. In the last five years, they led international operations in Latin America, serving as CEO of Itaú Uruguay and Regional CEO for Paraguay, Argentina and Uruguay. Previously, they served as Managing Director at Itaú BBA from 2010 to 2020, and as CEO of Itaú Paraguay (2019-2020) and Itaú Uruguay (2021-2024). They are a lawyer by USP and have a Master of Corporate Law from Stanford (2003-2004), and are pursuing an MBA in Finance at INSPER.
