With prior roles as Technical Manager and Security Engineer, Mark has extensive experience in managing technical sales, consultancy, and a wide range of cybersecurity solutions from multiple vendors. Previous positions include Online Sales Manager at THE FIGARO SHOP LIMITED and IT & Operations Manager at Solid Wooden Doors, where operational oversight and IT management were primary responsibilities. Mark holds a Bachelor of Technology in Media Production from Thames Valley University and has completed various technical certifications in cybersecurity and IT management.
