Fernando Boullon has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Fernando currently serves as the LATAM Manager at Mitsui Plastics, Inc. since December 2020. Prior to this role, they held various positions at different companies.

From 2005 to present, Fernando worked at ITBA, initially as an Assistant Professor from March 2005 to March 2010, and then as an Associate Professor since March 2010.

From 2017 to 2020, Fernando worked at ABECEB, where they served as the Consumer Goods Director from January 2020 to September 2020. Before that, they were a Senior Manager from December 2017 to January 2020. In this role, they were involved in the development and execution of strategic and sectorial plans, and led various projects, including a repositioning project in the healthcare sector and an M&A project in the Oil & Gas industry. Fernando also held the role of Commercial Director for six months in a client company, managing a team of 19 people and overseeing purchases and administration.

From 2015 to 2017, Fernando worked at Korn Ferry as an Associate Consultant. In this role, they gained experience in consultancy and client management.

Prior to that, Fernando worked at ACM from January 2015 to November 2017, where they served as the Managing Director in the healthcare industry. Fernando was responsible for the P&L, business strategy, and other operational aspects.

From 2013 to 2015, Fernando worked at PATOMO S.A. as the General Manager in the Consumer Goods industry. Fernando was responsible for the Start Up of the business, including developing the business plan, strategy, and presentations to investors.

In 2012, Fernando briefly worked at Kingvox as a Consultant, focusing on developing new business strategies, process improvement, and risk analysis.

From 2007 to 2012, Fernando worked at Qualität S.A. as the Managing Director. In this role, they reported to shareholders, led a team of three people, and was responsible for the start-up and management of an industrial plant, customer management, and new product development.

From 2002 to 2008, Fernando worked at Escudero & Asociados as an Associate, managing large accounts and conducting audits to propose process improvements in client plants.

Fernando's career began at Kraft Foods in 2000, where they worked as a Buyer. In this role, they were responsible for purchasing primary packaging materials and analyzing KPIs, with an annual budget of millions of USD.

Fernando Boullon began their education in 1993 at the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, where they pursued a degree in Industrial Engineering. Fernando completed their studies in 2000. Later in 2006, Fernando returned to the same institution to further enhance their education, this time focusing on Sales and Marketing of Industrial Products and Services.

In addition to their formal education, Fernando also obtained a certification in Body Language for Leaders from LinkedIn in May 2018.
