Jana Roa

Jana Roa has been working in the IT industry since 2009. Jana began their career at VXI Global Solutions, LLC as a Team Lead Manager for AT&T/DirecTV, where they were responsible for using resources efficiently and cost-effectively, and for meeting sales and profitability targets. Jana then moved on to become a Subject Matter Expert for Simplexity/[AT&T|Verizon|Sprint|TMobile], where they were the only person trained and certified for all 4 line of business in the account to oversee teams and implement important updates accurately in sales, order support, customer service and cyber risk. In 2017, Jana Roa joined TechnologyAdvice as an Account Specialist. In 2020, they joined Exit 7C as a Vendor Manager, and also began working at ITBroker.com as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and Provisioning Lead. At ITBroker.com, Jana Roa was responsible for helping business leaders find the right tech so their IT works the way they want.

Jana Roa has a Bachelor of Science in Clothing Technology from the University of the Philippines, where they studied Design, Materials, Production, Management and Research.
