Sastha Kumar is an experienced professional with a solid background in engineering, account management, and leadership roles across various organizations. At TATA Advanced Systems Limited, Sastha served as an Engineer in Account Management from December 2018 to April 2022. Subsequently, engagement at Great Lakes Institute of Management included roles in the Marketing Committee and the Dean's Student Leadership Circle, where Sastha orchestrated events and fostered community initiatives.
