Arul Anand G

Arul Anand G is an experienced HR professional with over two decades in the field. Currently serving as HR Manager at ITC Limited since August 2018, responsible for HR functions at the Chennai unit of the Packaging & Printing division. Prior to this role, Arul held the position of HR Manager at Marico Limited from September 2006 to July 2018, overseeing HR functions for the Pondy and Perundurai units. Earlier experience includes serving as Sr. Executive HR at Suzlon Group and as Executive HR at Bharat Starch Industries, along with foundational roles at Godrej Sara Lee Ltd. Arul holds a PGCHRM in HRM from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Master's degree in PMIR, in addition to a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Salem Sowdeswari College.
