Ashu Phakey

Ashu Phakey is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the food and media industries. Currently serving as Vice President and Business Head of Frozen and Fresh Foods at ITC Limited since April 2019, Ashu previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at HT Media Ltd from May 2013 to April 2019, where leadership included managing teams in reader acquisition, distribution, marketing, and revenue assurance. Prior to this, Ashu was the Chief Operating Officer at Dainik Bhaskar and served as President at Subhiksha, where significant contributions included establishing an integrated retail store chain in Delhi/NCR. Ashu's career began at Agro Tech Foods Ltd as Regional Sales Manager, focusing on the East and North India markets, overseeing a diverse portfolio in branded foods and agricultural commodities.
