Astha Gupta

Astha Gupta currently serves as the Manager of Talent Acquisition and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at ITC Limited, where responsibilities include leading the recruitment and integration of the company's first female employees on the shop floor and negotiating long-term settlements focused on wages and incentives. With previous experience as an Executive Member at XLRI Jamshedpur and internships at Adani Group and Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Astha has developed expertise in areas such as employer branding, mentoring interventions, and change management. Astha holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Shri G S Institute of Technology & Science.
