AV Hari Krishna is the Factory Head at ITC Fibre Innovations Ltd. in Sehore, Madhya Pradesh, where they lead operations for India's first large-scale molded fiber plant, focusing on P&L growth and sustainability. With over 220 team members under their leadership, AV drives the development of eco-friendly packaging solutions while cultivating a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Previously, AV held various roles at ITC Limited, including Chief Manager of Projects, where they spearheaded significant capacity enhancement initiatives in the pulp mill sector. AV earned an MBA in Operations Management from the Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies in Pune and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal.
