Basant Singh is currently the Lead Consumer Activation at ITC Limited, having taken on the role in 2025. Basant previously served as the National Head of Market Activation at CavinKare from 2021 to 2025 and worked as an Assistant Manager in Brand Activation at Hygienic Research Institute from 2018 to 2021. Early in their career, Basant gained experience in various roles including Assistant Manager at HDFC Bank and Assistant Manager-Branch Operation at YES BANK. They hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Pune, completed in 2010.
