Chand Basha

Chand Basha is a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of experience in human resource management. Previously serving as Plant HR Head at Suzlon Energy Limited, they established HR systems for a new factory and managed various organizational development processes. Before that, they held the position of Assistant Manager at Ramky Enviro Engineers Ltd and later became Manager Personnel & IR at Berger Paints India Limited. Currently, Chand is the Employee Relations Manager at ITC Limited. They hold a PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur, as well as an LLB and an MBA in Human Resources from Acharya Nagarjuna University.
