Chandan Saboo

Chandan Saboo is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate accounting and taxation. Currently serving as Senior Manager - Corporate Accounting at ITC Limited since November 2015, Chandan has also held roles as Assistant Manager - Finance in both corporate accounting and direct taxation. Prior to joining ITC Limited, Chandan was the Chief Financial Officer at ITC Hotels Limited from September 2023 to December 2024, and gained foundational experience as an Article Assistant at D. B. Desai & Co. from September 2012 to September 2015, where responsibilities included tax audits, tax planning, and drafting submissions for tax authorities. Academically, Chandan is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata.
