D Satish Kumar possesses extensive experience in the agricultural research sector, currently serving as a Research Scientist (Agri) at ITC Limited since September 2009. Prior to this role, D Satish Kumar worked as a Production Executive at Monsanto India Ltd from December 2006 to August 2009 and held the position of Senior Research Fellow (Crop Improvement) at the Indian Institute Of Oilpalm Research (IIOPR) for a brief period in 2006. D Satish Kumar holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Life Sciences with a focus on Plant Breeding from Adikavi Nannaya University, along with a Master of Science (M.Sc) in Genetics and Plant Breeding and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Agriculture, both from Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University.
