Debashish Paul

Debashish Paul is an experienced health, safety, and environment (HSE) professional currently serving as HSE Manager at ITC Limited since May 2022. Prior to this, Debashish worked at Larsen & Toubro as Assistant Manager (EHS) where responsibilities included communicating EHS policies and supporting the implementation of EHS management systems. Debashish also held roles as Health Safety Environment Officer and Assistant Manager (EHS) at JMC Projects India Ltd, focusing on site safety and compliance. Earlier experience includes a position as Senior Engineer EHS, maintaining EHS documents and identifying training needs, as well as working as a Production Engineer at KRYFS Power Components Ltd, where emphasis was placed on health and safety procedures. Debashish holds an Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety from NifsIndia, a Master’s Degree in Health Safety and Environment Management from NICMAR University, and a B. Tech in Electrical Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi College of Engineering, Research and Technology.
