Gaurav Singh is a Key Account Executive at ITC Limited since January 2020, bringing experience in sales and operations from previous roles. In 2019, Gaurav worked as a Sales Representative at Parag Milk Foods, focusing on increasing the business impact of the 'Pride of Cows' milk product through trial inductions and brand awareness initiatives. Earlier in 2018, Gaurav served as an Operations Officer at OYO, where efforts were directed toward enhancing customer experience and managing daily operations to reduce guest dissatisfaction. Gaurav holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus on Marketing and Operations & Supply Chain Management from the New Delhi Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) degree from Delhi University. Gaurav's foundational education in Commerce was completed at Don Bosco School, Alaknanda.
