Nalin Sen

Nalin Sen is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Head for Plant HR at ITC Limited since March 2022. Prior to this role, Nalin held the position of Director of HR at Radtalent HR Services from June 2020 to March 2022. Nalin's extensive career at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited spanned nearly nine years, with various roles in employee relations, including Senior Manager and Manager positions for the Western region, along with experiences at the Mumbai Refinery. Nalin holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the Xavier Institute of Social Service, completed in 2011.
