Nikhil Moza

Nikhil Moza has extensive experience in organizational development and human resources, primarily with ITC Limited since June 2005. Currently serving as Divisional Manager for Organizational Development in the Foods Business, Nikhil focuses on learning and development, diversity, equity, and inclusion, succession management, HR technology, recognition, benefits, and employee experience. Previous roles include Senior Manager in Corporate Human Resources, overseeing rewards, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management, as well as earlier positions involving employee relations and training and development. Nikhil holds a PMIR degree from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and has foundational education in commerce and hotel management.
