Pallab Manna is a technical executive with extensive experience in plant maintenance and terminal operations, having spent 4 years in the petroleum sector and 6 years in the cigarette industry. Currently serving as a Shift Manager, Pallab oversees production, manages inventory, and coordinates team responsibilities to enhance efficiency and customer service. Previously, Pallab held roles at ITC Limited, where they implemented preventive maintenance programs and streamlined SAP transactions, achieving notable operational improvements.
