Phalguna Rao is an experienced Operation and Supply Chain Make Executive with a demonstrated history in manufacturing. They began their career as an intern at the Central Institute of Hand Tools in 2015 and subsequently held positions at Team Frugos and Unilever's Vanity Case before working at ITC Limited from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Phalguna serves as the Manufacturing Team Lead at ITC Limited, overseeing the operations of a high-volume contract facility. They hold a Master of Business Administration in Operation Management from The ICFAI University, Tripura, and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Lovely Professional University.
